Dhruva IPS is ready for its task because the filmmakers have released the first trailer of the film which gives us a glimpse of the cop of the fool and the vice-villain. Ram Charan does justice to this role by pushing the limits of his physique. From Magadheera to Chirutha and more recently Brue Lee, Charan never looked so reinforced before. With his redefined image, the actor did not even give us the chance to lean back and make a U-turn to the trailer saying, "This does not seem to fit here." The trailer for nearly two minutes shows all the action that could occur in the film. From hunting to car to commando style fights, Charan seems to fill all the shoes with an ideal "goal-oriented" cop. But from the trailer, it seems that there would be little romanticism between Ishita (Rakul Preet) and Dhruva. "This love ... It does not suit me. My mind and my concentration, everything is different, says our cop! Well, let's focus on the action then.

Dhruva, the cop of the "daredevil" is not curious about small gangsters, but the root of all the bad guys, the unscrupulous business tycoons who finance these little mafias. Enter Siddharth Abhimanyu (Arvind Swamy), what little we have seen here and all that some have seen in Thani Oruvan (the Tamil original), Arvind seems to return to action, playing the evil and vile corrupt man. Music to Jayam Ravi playing the cop daredevil. The music is composed by Hiphop Tamizha, who also composed for the original Tamil and the cinematography is from PS Vinod. Under the direction of Surender Reddy, the film starring Rakul Preet Singh who plays Ram Charan's ladylove, outside of Arvind Swamy who is also seen to play a negative role.
