Five of the undertrial millitants who were facing the terror cases were shot dead by the police on the Nalgonda-Warangal border.They were encountered because they tried to escape from the police custody while police were submitting them into the court in Hyderabad on tuesday.
This incident took place on the Warangal-Hyd Highway at around 10.25 a.m. As the convoy reached near Kandigadda Thanda, Vikaruddin of Hyderabad requested the police to stop for a while to urinate.
At this specific time all of them tried to escape from the police custody.So police opened the fire and encountered them.
During the past one week three major terror related incidents were happened in the newly formed Telangana State.The first one was the Constable and the homegaurd were shot dead in Suryapet bus-station by the two SIMI activists.The latter one was the police constable was killed in the exchange of the fire.The third one is the today's incident.
