Patas is the movie which is released in the last month has bagged the blockbuster hit of the year 2015 till date.Kalyan ram has done the lead role in this movie.For this movie the director was Anil raavipudi who was a writer in the past and now debuted the movie Patas as a director.Since for a long time kalyan ram has no hit,but by this patas movie he has bagged the hit in his career.But now concentration of all film lovers is on the remake rights of patas.

Recently this movie  remake rights were sold up in tamil.Tamil rights of the movie was grabbed by the owener of the Mega super good films.According to the confidential report this movie got sold in tamil at a cost of 63 lakhs.Besides this Zee telugu, had got the satellite rights of this movie at a cost of 4 crores 30 lakhs.Few days back this movie kannada rights also sold at a fancy rate.In this scenario,this movie has got better profit.

Kannda producer S.v.Balu has grabbed this rights at a fancy rate.In this movie of the kannda version,there is chance of Punneth raj kumar to be act in the lead role.Puneeth will decide this by watching the special show.If puneeth rejects this movie,sudeep or darshan can take up this movie.This movie in kanndda will built up with the local kannda spirit.
