'Sarrainodu' generated a mammoth share at Box Office in the first week, making it the biggest ever in the career of Allu Arjun. The collections were rock steady even on Weekend days and it is likely to collect a share of over Rs 10 crore in the 2nd Weekend to get the break-even.

As of now, 'Sarraniodu' is on track to break the full run collections of 'Race Gurram' to emerge as Bunny's biggest grosser till date. If it happens, Geetha Arts could claim the credit of delivering biggest hits in the careers of Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Nani and Naga Chaitanya.

Brahmotsavam Movie Audio Release Date and Venue Confirmed

After much speculation and many confusing statements from the close sources, team Brahmotsavam had finally let out an official word about the film's audio launch and release date.  "May 6 na Hyd shilpakalavedika lo ghanam ga Brahmotsavam audio release, may20 na grand worldwide release", tweeted the film's PRO, B A Raju.  

Though the audio launch was supposed to happen in Tirupati, it has been shifted to Shipalakala Vedika, Hyderabad, due to the heat wave in the Telugu states. "It was a decision by Mahesh, since no fan should suffer because of the film events", added a source. 

Apparently, the film is in its last leg of shooting and a montage song on Samantha and Mahesh Babu is being shot in RFC. The film was extensively shot in Varanasi, Haridwar, Hrishikesh, Ooty and other beautiful locales of India. Also starring Kajal Aggarwal, Pranitha Subash and directed by Srikanth Addala, Brahmotsavam is about the family values, traditions and humanity.

Since its story line might be highly appealing to the family audiences, the film is being considered as the most anticipated summer release.

Director says, Bunny bigger than Pawan

"Since Sarainodu is a far far bigger hit than a far far bigger Sardar Gabbar Singh is Bunny far far bigger?", tweeted Ram Gopal Varma, in the wake of Sardaar going flop at box office and Sarrainodu making waves. 

Though this director has promised to not speak about Pawan Kalyan in his life ever, he has once again tried to make fun of Pawan and garner attention. 

Also his another tweet reads, "I never thought anything about Bunny compared to him but am so very surprised that with Sarainodu he became so much bigger than him (sic)". We've to see how Mega fans respond to these tweets, though they are silent for the now.

'Sarrainodu' is racing towards Rs 50 crore club at the Box Office. Even on Weekdays, the film is generating superb revenues in all territories of Telugu States and there isn't much difference between the share of Day 2 & Day 5.

On Day 5, 'Sarrainodu' collected a share of Rs 3.4 crore in AP & Nizam.

Worldwide First Week share of 'Sarrainodu' could be close to Rs 45 crore. This is a phenomenal feat for a film whose theatricals were valued at Rs 53 crore. 

Trade Circles expect 'Sarrainodu' to attain break-even in the 2nd Weekend itself. Allu Arjun believes it could end up as biggest grosser in his career, surpassing 'Race Gurram', in the full run.

Vishnu Isn't Happy With Mohan Babu's Decision

Recently, veteran actor Mohan Babu said that he is deeply concerned about the sad state of affairs in the present day politics and that he will soon make his re-entry to active politics. Mohan Babu, however, didn't reveal the party he would be joining in, but said that he will make it official very soon.

While Mohan Babu's statement did raise several eyebrows, his son and actor Vishnu Manchu said in an interview that he doesn't want his father to make his political comeback. But, Vishnu didn't reveal whether he conveyed his views about his father's grand return to politics.

Vishnu also revealed several facts about his dad as he said that his father listens to reach and every script that he gets since his judgement will be more accurate. The Manchu actor also said that there are a few people in Tollywood who have monopolised the theaters, making it tough for the existence of small films.

In a similar case, wife of the popular TV serial director Madhukar today approached the State Human Rights Commission against her husband for abandoning her and torturing her mentally.

The wife further alleged that Madhukar has deserted her completely and that he has been living in with his girlfriend and popular TV anchor and small-time actress Geetha Bhagath since a long time.

The wife also said that Madhukar had kicked her out and brought in his paramour Geetha Bhagath directly to her residence long back. She appealed to the HRC to take strict and swift against her husband and the TV anchor.

Stylish Star Allu Arjun's Sarainodu had completed the first weekend of its release. The movie surprised critics and trade by holding well even on Saturday and Sunday, even after such disappointing talk. Interestingly, Pawan Kalyan's Sardaar Gabbar Singh which also carried more or less the same talk struggled from its day two.

There is a section of people who says Allu Arjun is better than Pawan Kalyan and the latter can not guarantee minimum collections in case of failure but will weave his magic when there is blockbuster talk. Some other people say Sarainodu and Sardaar Gabbar Singh can not be compared because Sardaar carried skyrocketing expectations.

Sardaar Gabbar Singh is likely to touch the 50 Crore share mark but will end up as South India's biggest disaster due to huge money invested on the film. There are also demands Pawan Kalyan should come to the rescue of the trade. On the other side, Sarainodu have to collect 55 Crore share to be termed as HIT which is also not easy.

Superstar Mahesh Babu is famous for giving voice overs to the films of his competitors. Rumours have come out that he's lending voice for Jr NTR's upcoming "Janata Garage" as well. 

Sources close to director Koratala Siva have dismissed these talks as baseless rumours. "We've not thought of keeping any voice over in the film to narrate the story. At the moment we're wrapping the shoots with perfection. We've not even approached to do favours like voice over", the source said. Though Koratala is close to Mahesh after "Srimanthudu" success, he's not bringing his friendship for voice over.
