An injunction case filed against Superstar Rajinikanth
An injunction suit has been filed against Superstar Rajinikanth and his fans for wasting thousands of litres of milk when his films hit the screens. A petitioner named Dr IMS Manivanna has approached the court to prevent Rajinikanth’s fans from wasting milk. He wants the Tamil superstar to wilfully stop the wastage of milk.
It has been a practice for fans of Rajinikanth to pour milk on his huge cut-outs placed in theatres. It is their way of expressing their love for the superstar and praying for the success of his films. According to the petitioner, “The milk is the resource of our society and when we are saving the rain water for our next generations, so why shouldn’t we save milk. How can we waste the milk when it is the resource of our own society?”. The case was filed on March 26, and the next hearing is April 11.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth has joined the latest shooting schedule of his forthcoming movie 2.0 in New Delhi. The team is now filming key portions at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Robo 2.0 is directed by Shankar and produced by Lyca Productions. Amy Jackson plays the female lead in the movie, which is being made with a budget of 350 crore.
On the other hand, Rajinikanth has recently wrapped up the shooting of his next film Kabali. The teaser will be released in the second week of April. The movie will hit the screens in May.

Oopiri entered the 1 Million Club in USA after it collected nearly $ 1,005,739 [₹ 6.67 cr] from the box office after its Tuesday night shows. That makes the movie 17th Telugu Film to collect One Million Dollars at USA Boxoffice. Among the senior heroes of Tollywood, only Nagarjuna has entered 1 Million race and this is his second venture there.

Anchor’s warning to writer on Hugs & Controversies
When writer Diamond Ratnam was asked why he didn’t speak about heroine Sonarika, he jokingly said that all the hugs went to Manchu Vishnu while he is the one who wrote them. Taking the lead, when Jhansi asked for an explanation, Vishnu called the writer to come down the stage.
This took place at Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam Audio release event. He requested Sonarika to give the hug he asked for. The heroine did so without taking any apprehension as everything was said in a hilarious way. Jhansi warned them that all this is taking place ‘in front of legends’ like dialogue king Mohan Babu and senior actor Rajendra Prasad and media.
She further warned the writer not to talk about hugs as they made lead into controversies and only explain the question put to him, ‘Why are you called Diamond Ratnam?’ Later Mohan Babu also brought up this topic of hugs in his speech and told the writer to consider the heroine’s hug as a sisterly hug to a brother.

During the audio launch event of Manchu Vishnu and Raj Tharun starrer ‘Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam’ Mohan Babu was found giving left and right verbal bashing but hilariously to director Nageshwar Reddy.
Mohan Babu says that the director slipped his tongue twice during his speech. ‘I also drink, I told him not to drink till 2 am’, said Mohan Babu regarding the drinking habit of Nageswar Reddy. This subject was brought in to remind the director’s comment on the writer’s habit of having 2 pegs before writing something.
Mohan Babu says the director drinks two pegs more and got a warning from him not to drink till 2 pm as he wouldn’t be able to shoot properly the next day. The senior actor also found fault with the director asking for a hug from heroine Sonarika on stage.
A hug to the director from the heroine is like a daughter’s hug to father, and her hug to the writer is like a hug to brother as director and writer are like father and brother to a film opined Mohan Babu. But everything was said in a hilarious tone.

Srikanth Addala shapes the project 'Brahmotsavam' and Mahesh Babu does the male lead role. The movie is produced by Prasad.V.Potluri under PVP cinemas banner. Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Pranitha Subhash essay female lead roles.
Technical team features Mickey.J.Meyer for music, Rathnavelu for cinematography and Sreekar Prasad for editing. Apart from the lead actors the supporting cast is filled with actors like Sathyaraj, Jayasudha, Naresh, Revathi, Tanikella Bharani and Brahmaji.
